HIGH Fitness is a modern twist on aerobics — a fun, high-energy workout that mixes cardio, toning, and push tracks. No equipment needed, and the choreography is simple to follow! Whether you're a beginner or a fitness pro, this class is adaptable for ALL levels.Come with your membership or grab a day pass at the door for $6.
